Launch of Community Center Dining Room Remodel began on September 10, 2018. The first hammer-to-wall effort saw the existing ceiling and light fixtures dismantled and removed. This effort makes room for a new, highly refreshed and efficient ceiling that will become a focal point of the new room.
The project team has begun weekly construction update meetings, pulling information from interior design, architect, construction contractor, electrician and other team members on staff at The Willows. Dawn Craig has the role of Project Manager, and will bring both a prayerful and practical focus to the schedule of activities and the coordination of all trades.
A series of communications materials is being prepared, including posters and window clings to share the visual goals of the dining room changes.
